Sacral Chakra Class 2026
What this class is for and about
This multi-layered class aims to go deep to help clear unhealthy energy blockages and low-grade memory cords that can negatively impact emotional discernment, energy regulation and flow, through the sacral chakra. This helps to create a healthy foundation for clearing up emotional intuition and the emotional lens you perceive the outer world through, and also how you process emotional challenges that can arise, even with just normal living experiences.
By aiming to clear low-grade blockages, memory cords and stuck thought forms from the sacral chakra, this can potentially create space for exploring, releasing and understanding your reference points (inner authority) for what your needs and wants actually are.
The angelic overlay of this class aims to restore your natural rhythm and flow through guided journeying to Archangel Haniel's healing temple. When we are aiming to co-create a short-term or long-term manifestation, how you emotionally connect with the impression being grounded is a key component, no matter how evolved you may be on the evolution pathway. Emotions are a key part of yourself and never vanish or leave. Healthy evolution seeks to progressively understand and integrate emotional states and experiences, especially the more challenging ones.
Some examples of possible sacral chakra blockages or energy issues
- Being unsure of what your needs and wants are, and the difference between the two.
- Constant inner triggers with memories connected to times you felt emotionally bullied or gaslit within past or present situations you find yourself in.
- Feeling emotionally flat, deflated, or that all ease and joy has been drained out of life experiences.
